既定の十字形構造要素(4 近傍)で、a に応じて 1〜4 回反復して収縮(erosion)する逐次的収縮。b は未使用。反復回数を増やすほど収縮量が大きくなる(1 回あたり半径 1 画素相当)。
HALCON の `erosion_seq`(構造要素を繰り返し適用して逐次的に収縮する演算)に相当する近似。円形やユーザー定義の構造要素ではなく scipy 既定の十字形要素を使う点が簡略化されている。
