単一の Gabor カーネル(向き `θ=π*a、周波数 0.1+0.3*b`)による
畳み込み応答の絶対値を、カーネルの L1 ノルムで正規化して返す。DC 成分を
除いた(平均を引いた)実部のみのカーネルで、指定方向・周波数の縞模様に
選択的に反応するバンドパステクスチャフィルタ。HALCON の `gen_gabor`
(Generate a Gabor filter.)に相当(虚部/位相は持たない実カーネルのみの
簡易版)。
`a が向き θ(0〜180°)を、b` が空間周波数(0.1〜0.4)を振る。両方が
使われる。`a=0 が縦縞、a=0.5`(90°)が横縞に応答する規約。
