骨格化した領域のうち、3x3 近傍に 3 つ以上の骨格画素を持つ画素(分岐点・

交差点)だけを残す。骨格の端点(`pruning` が削る対象)ではなく、枝分かれ

する結節点を検出する。HALCON の `junctions_skeleton`(Find junctions and

end points in a skeleton.)に相当(HALCON は端点も同時に返すが、ここでは

分岐点のみを検出する近似)。

`a, b` は未使用。
