既存の輪郭(XLD contour)集合から、点数が閾値(`3+40*a`)以上のものだけ

を残すフィルタ。HALCON の `select_contours_xld`(Select XLD contours

according to several features.)は面積・円形度など任意の特徴で選別できる

汎用演算子だが、この代役では点数(長さの代理指標)による足切り 1 種類に

固定している(近似)。

`a が点数のしきい値を振る。b` は未使用。
