`skimage.morphology.thin`(Zhang-Suen 系の細線化アルゴリズム)による
1 画素幅化。`skeleton` と目的は似ているが内部アルゴリズムが異なるため、
分岐点周辺などで結果がわずかに違うことがある。HALCON の `thinning`
(Remove the result of a hit-or-miss operation from a region.)の代役。
`a, b` は未使用。skimage が無い環境ではこの分岐は呼べない。
