グレースケール画像の第 1 Hu 不変モーメント(OpenCV `cv2.HuMoments(cv2.moments(...))[0,0]`)。画像を二値形状ではなく濃淡そのものを質量分布とみなしたときの、回転・拡大縮小・平行移動に不変な広がり具合を表す特徴量(2 次の中心モーメントに基づく)。1.0 で頭打ち。
`a, b` は未使用。二値領域の形状記述に使う通常の Hu モーメントとは異なり、濃淡値をそのまま重みとして使う点に注意。
