ソフト閾値処理(`mahotas.thresholding.soft_threshold`、シュリンケージ)。閾値未満の絶対値を持つ画素を 0 に潰し、それ以外は閾値分だけ 0 に近づける。ウェーブレット/スパース信号のノイズ除去でよく使う処理を画素値に直接適用する。

`a は閾値(a*0.5 で 0〜0.5)を振る。b` は未使用。
