直径クロージング(skimage `morphology.diameter_closing`)。xsk3_area_closing の面積の代わりに、連結成分の外接矩形の対角線長(直径)で対象を選ぶクロージング —— 細長い構造には直径基準、丸い構造には面積基準が向く、と使い分けられる。

`a は直径閾値(4+int(a*30) で 4〜34 画素)を振る。b` は未使用。
