Drop this once (typically in your base layout). It listens on the window for a
"toast" CustomEvent and renders a stack in each corner. Each toast can carry its
own position, appearance, variant and class; anything it omits falls back to this
container's props. The store is registered once and guarded so multiple includes
never double-register.
