METHODS / quiet columns: a light two-column reading band for named
methods (or any quiet paired columns), not product-feature tiles.

WHEN TO USE THIS INSTEAD OF FEATURE GRID OR DIRECTORY. Feature grid is
the card-shaped product landing band (raised tiles, optional whole-card
links). Directory is a numbered index with a meta column. This is the
quiet columns layout: name, optional stages line, short body, underline
text link. Prefer it for method pages and similar reading bands where
card chrome would oversell.

WHAT YOUR VIEW MUST SUPPLY. Pass method_items as items (list of dicts):

`stages`, `body`, `url` and `link_label` are each optional per item. The
link renders only when both `url` and `link_label` are present. Omit a
field and it does not render.
