Loudness.ai Audio Kit distribution terms

LicenseRef-Loudness-Audio-Kit-Distribution identifies this component record;
it does not represent every bundled component as MIT-licensed.

1. Loudness.ai code
The native Python processing adapter, scheduler, lifecycle, CLI, reports and
documentation authored by Loudness.ai are licensed under the included MIT
LICENSE. The optional credit/backlink is not a condition of that license.

2. Upstream code notices
DeepFilterNet and the reviewed torchDF reference state MIT OR Apache-2.0 for
upstream code. Verbatim texts and pinned source records are included under
third-party/DeepFilterNet. The MIT option is elected for this distribution.
deepfilter-stream's original MIT LICENSE and model attribution NOTICE are
included under third-party/deepfilter-stream. Preserve the applicable notices
with copies. Loudness.ai does not grant new rights over upstream components.

3. Bundled pretrained assets
loudness_audio_kit/models/dfn3-512-v1 contains the graph from
wuxuedaifu/deepfilter-stream's model-dfn3-512-v1 release. Its SHA-256 is
b758c49d6708a5b7979e3de185705a8a4915076c862fb17b1b304d9a72b75cdc.
Every initial-state array matches that release's initial_states.npz; this
package stores those arrays as concatenated little-endian float32 data.

The publisher's NOTICE attributes this 512-hop / 1024-FFT fine-tuned torchDF
export to DeepFilterNet under MIT/Apache-2.0. This distribution adopts the MIT
reading of those published terms and retains the original attribution. The
model is not original Loudness.ai work. The original author's README expressly
describes code; no separate statement clarifying pretrained-weight scope has
been obtained. The original training checkpoint and fine-tuning recipe have
not been independently verified. This record documents the adopted licensing
interpretation, rather than claiming a separate grant or author confirmation.
See docs/provenance.md and third-party/deepfilter-stream/source-record.json.

4. Other components
Native dependencies, external FFmpeg/FFprobe installations, recorded fixtures
and branding retain their own applicable terms. LICENSE and NOTICE describe
their attribution scope. This file adds no license to third-party components
and does not replace their licenses.
