ARTIFICIAL BRAINS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT
PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE
Copyright (c) 2026 Artificial Brains. All rights reserved.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A PROPRIETARY, SOURCE-AVAILABLE LICENSE, NOT AN OPEN-SOURCE LICENSE.
By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or using the Artificial Brains SDK
(the "SDK"), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the SDK.

1. LIMITED LICENSE.
Subject to continuing compliance with these terms, Artificial Brains grants
you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable
license to download, install, execute, and internally modify the SDK solely to
develop, simulate, test, compile, deploy, and operate artificial brains and robot
applications for use with authorized Artificial Brains hardware and services,
including Prima-Lux. You may use the SDK for personal, academic, and commercial
development within this permitted scope. Source availability conveys no rights
beyond those expressly granted here.

2. DEVELOPER-CREATED BRAINS.
As between you and Artificial Brains, you retain any rights you otherwise own
in original neural graphs, application code, training or teaching inputs, and
other independently created content that you develop using the SDK, excluding
the SDK, its components, and any Artificial Brains software or technology
embedded in generated artifacts. You may use, share, distribute, license,
commercialize, or sell your own brains and applications, including compiled
brains where supported, provided they are developed, deployed, and operated
only with authorized Artificial Brains hardware and services and recipients
remain bound by any applicable device and SDK requirements. This permission
does not grant a license to reproduce or distribute the SDK, hardware firmware,
embedded runtime, or any other Artificial Brains proprietary component apart
from its authorized inclusion in a compiled brain for supported hardware.

3. RESTRICTIONS.
Except where expressly permitted in Section 1 or required by non-waivable law,
you must not, and must not permit a third party to:
(a) redistribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, loan, host, or offer
the SDK or a modified version of the SDK as a standalone product or service;
(b) copy, disclose, or make available SDK source code or non-public components
to any third party except as explicitly authorized by Artificial Brains;
(c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, extract, or otherwise
attempt to discover the internal implementation, algorithms, protected
formats, or non-public interfaces of the SDK, compiled packages, hardware,
firmware, or related Artificial Brains systems;
(d) circumvent or bypass authentication, licensing, digital signatures,
access controls, device binding, or other technical safeguards;
(e) modify the SDK to enable unauthorized hardware, or use the SDK or its
outputs to substitute for or operate a competing brain-runtime platform;
(f) remove or modify copyright, attribution, trademark, or proprietary notices;
(g) use the SDK in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. NO OPEN-SOURCE GRANT.
The SDK is not licensed under an OSI-approved open-source license. No patent,
trademark, trade-secret, or other intellectual-property rights are granted
except as explicitly stated. Public access to source code, where provided,
does not authorize forking, public redistribution, or independent hosting.

5. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE.
Third-party dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing
in these terms modifies those independent licenses.

6. OWNERSHIP AND FEEDBACK.
Artificial Brains and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in
the SDK, related tooling, documentation, firmware, services, and any copies or
modifications of those components. Providing ideas or feedback does not transfer
ownership of your independently created brains or applications.

7. TERMINATION.
This license terminates automatically upon material breach, subject to any
mandatory cure rights under applicable law. Upon termination, cease use of the
SDK and delete unauthorized copies. Rights previously granted to third parties
in your independently created content remain subject to Section 2 and any
applicable platform or device terms.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ROBOT SAFETY, VALIDATING ACTUATION,
AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARTIFICIAL BRAINS AND ITS
LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS,
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SDK. NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT
LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

10. CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
Additional distribution rights or licenses require express written permission
from Artificial Brains. No waiver or modification is effective unless made in
writing by an authorized representative.
