Privacy. This desktop app keeps everything on your computer and has no analytics or accounts. It contacts github.com for the newest release at launch and then daily (GitHub sees your IP address; turn this off under “Check for Updates Automatically”). The Gene Set panel sends gene lists and your IP address to the service you choose, only after you agree. A dataset opened from a web address is read from that address. Details
