Paraguay - Maquila Reports

Reporting for Paraguay’s Maquila regime (Ley 7547/2025):

CNIME periodic report: a snapshot of imports, exports, production, waste, period-end stock balance, VAN and employment for a program and period. The snapshot is compiled by Generate and frozen once submitted.
Maquila dashboard (kanban) of active programs.
SIFEN legend: adds the maquila legend (Ley 7547/2025) to the electronic document data.
SIMEX payload generation (offline).

The VAN reported here uses the same computation as the MRP VAN wizard, so both report the same figure for a given program and period.

The SIMEX payload is a draft in an internal layout: it is not validated against the official SIMEX format and must not be filed as is. Amounts of the report are in the company currency (the VAN comes from analytic amounts); import and export lines carry their own currency.

Usage

Go to Maquila > CNIME Reports and create a report for a program and period.
Press Generate to compile the snapshot (imports, exports, production, waste, period-end stock balance, VAN, employment).
Validate and submit. A submitted report can no longer be regenerated or reset to draft.
Optionally generate the SIMEX payload for offline presentation.
