- Meet session browse's <200 ms warm-start target. Phase A's seven-run medians
  are 500 ms / ~81 MB for both fresh and managed environments (50 stable rows;
  749 and 309 scoped records respectively). Handler imports and indexed work
  lookup remove the original eager operation registry/journal-fold costs, but
  universal CLI imports and SQLAlchemy-backed index loading still dominate.
  Keep one command registration/read path; do not add a parallel fast CLI loader.
- Remove the deprecated `meridian spawn inject` alias (`_spawn_inject_deprecated`
  in `spawn.py`) and its `("spawn", "inject")` catalog descriptor in the minor
  release after the one that deprecated it. It runs the same handler as
  `spawn message` and only warns, so removal breaks no behavior of its own.
