# Movak

Movak is a Praat-like GUI application for correcting automatic speech annotations.

This repository currently contains the initial project skeleton only. Core models, editing operations, timeline components, GUI modules, and tests are scaffolded with typed placeholders for future implementation.

## Installation

```bash
pip install -e .
```

## Status

Early scaffold. Algorithms and runtime behavior are intentionally unimplemented.
