Closed by default -- opening one needs script, and chromonic doesn't run <script> on local files yet, so there's no click-to-open here. Its Cancel/Delete buttons close it for real, script-free, through a plain <form method="dialog"> submit -- see examples/dialog_demo.py to see it opened.
