Refresh patch descriptors and companion packages from the registry.

Re-fetches every patch descriptor for all installed packages and the global descriptor. Installs any newly-referenced companion packages. Requires network access.

This command also picks up patches for packages installed before patch configuration was added. All states are re-checked regardless of what was previously recorded.

Usage: ocx patch sync [OPTIONS]

Options:
  -p, --platform <PLATFORM>
Target platform to resolve packages against.

The value is `os/arch[/variant][+feature[,feature...]]`, for example `linux/amd64`, `linux/arm64`, or `linux/amd64+libc.glibc`. The optional `+feature` suffix filters by `os.features`: OCX selects the manifest whose features are a subset of the value you pass, so `+libc.glibc` or `+libc.musl` forces a specific libc variant. WebAssembly targets are `wasip1/wasm` and `wasip2/wasm`; no host reports either, so they are reachable only by naming them here. Defaults to the auto-detected host platform. -h, --help
Print help (see a summary with '-h')
