Account Center pages: the normal mvp app shell with the area's navigation
beside the content.
WORKAROUND — django-mvp#358. This should extend "mvp/account/base.html" and
restate none of the arrangement below, which is what every other app adding
a page to the area does. It cannot yet. That layout builds itself inside
{% block content %} and asks pages to fill {% block account.content %},
and allauth's stock templates all fill {% block content %} — a name they fix
across every page they ship. Django registers a nested block in a child the
same as a top-level one, so the allauth page's `content` overrides the
layout's own and the navigation disappears, quietly, on a page that still
returns 200. Forking allauth's pages to rename the block is the thing
ADR 0001 exists to prevent. Remove all of this and extend the packaged
layout once that issue closes.
Blocks head_title / extra_head / extra_body are mapped onto mvp's
title / head / extra_js blocks so stock allauth templates work unchanged.
