# zerofi

A lightweight, zero-dependency Python module for diagnosing, inspecting, and managing Wi-Fi networks on Windows systems using native `netsh` pipelines.

## Features

- **SSID Discovery:** Identify the exact name of the currently connected network.
- **Password Recovery:** Retrieve the plaintext security key of your active Wi-Fi connection.
- **Signal Tracking:** Monitor and display real-time signal strength and active interface metrics.
- **Hardware Diagnostics:** Inspect details about wireless adapters and installed network drivers.
- **Profile Explorer:** View a complete history of all wireless network profiles saved on the local machine.

## Installation

Install `zerofi` directly via pip:

```bash
pip install zerofi-win
```

## Quick Start

`zerofi` is built to be imported directly into your scripts just like standard automation utilities. Here is how you can use it in your code:

```python
import zerofi
# 1. Print the current connected SSID
zerofi.ssidprint()
# 2. Retrieve and view the active Wi-Fi password
zerofi.passwordprint()
# 3. Check current signal strength and network health
zerofi.signalstrenght()
# 4. View a list of all saved Wi-Fi profiles on the computer
zerofi.listprofiles()
# 5. Get deep hardware and driver details
zerofi.adapterinfo()
```

## Requirements

- **Operating System:** Windows (relies on native `netsh` commands).
- **Python Version:** Python 3.6 or higher.
- **Dependencies:** None. Everything is handled out of the box using built-in system libraries.

## Disclaimer

This utility is designed strictly for network diagnostics, personal recovery of forgotten credentials, and automation workflows. Ensure you have proper authorization before querying network security keys on any device.
