  _ribbon.html: one ribbon (doc 17, Display): the compact form of a simple achievement, like a service ribbon. A bar of
  coloured stripes (the pattern ribbon--s0 to s3 follows the achievement, colours are theme tokens) with one small pip per
  tier reached, pips tinted by tier (ribbon--bronze ...), then the name. Rarer tiers get the same ring or glow as
  medals (rarity--rare, rarity--epic). Context: m (web.medals.Medal), optional href (link of the whole ribbon). Tooltip
  and screen-reader text as in _medal.html.
