tour_absent.html ({% tour_absent absence message %}): the notice of a page whose pilot or aircraft type has no rows in
the selected tour (a new tour is a clean slate, so this is a normal state, not an error). It says so, then offers the
same page for all time (`?tour=all`) and for every tour the subject has rows in, newest first, so the visitor is never
stuck in the empty scope. Context: absence (TourAbsence: tour, flown), message (the sentence), path (current path).
  Renders nothing without an absence.
