missions/_player.html: a pilot's name, linked to the player page. A hidden player is anonymised and not linked (FR-ADM-3).
Context: player (Player), name (the name to show, e.g. the name at the time of the sortie),
stretch (optional: make this the row's whole-row link, see "stretched-link" in the style guide),
tour_q (optional: the scope to keep on the link, `?tour=<id>` or `?tour=all`, e.g. {{ tour|tour_qs }}; without it the link opens the current tour).
