Bootstrap PR #90 opened

Done. With the prerequisite hygiene PR #89 merged (origin/main → 967a0d8), the bootstrap branch was rebased onto fresh main, gates went green (modulo a worktree-context gate), and bootstrap PR #90 is open — scaffold + the Challenge-and-Held F1/F2/F4a fixes. Awaiting operator review + merge; per-feature PRs begin after merge.

What this iteration delivered (LOOP_CONTRACT §4)

§4.1 Substrate map — 11 implementable / 3 substrate-blocked (deferred).
§4.2 Fixture — REAL sha-pinned de-gapped {EURUSD,XAUUSD}×{5,25}×3000 = 12 000 bars (Friday-20:00 anchor) + regen (--check) + fail-closed loader.
§4.3 SOTA harness — fail-closed sha-recompute loader, tiered EXACT-vs-ε tolerance (now ±∞-safe), causal de-gap window-reset guard, proptests.
§4.4 Cohort anchor — NEW ordered-names JSON + SHA256 anchor + sidecar + anchor-pin + drift gates (name/count + the new positional gate) + 14-slot None-stub registry.
§4.5 / §4.6 — Python SSoT + tolerance table (proposal); LOOP_CONTRACT committed.
Anchor-respecting: zero producer wire-format / schema.sql / blocklist changes; test_schema_contract unaffected.

Challenge-and-Held (resolved)

Gate status

GREEN mise run rust:check + check:rust-bash-line-ref-bounds (failures=0, post-#89) + all marker/drift/PITSLARP gates.
8/8 + 4/4 SOTA-harness + cohort anchor-pin tests (incl. the new positional + ∞ cases).
worktree-context check:git-hook-installed checks a literal .git/hooks path → inapplicable from a linked worktree (PASSes from the main checkout); laptop is hook-less by design (override §8), manual gate run authoritative; unaffected by this change.

Next step

Operator reviews + squash-merges PR #90. Once merged to main, per-feature PRs (§5) proceed in cohort order off fresh main — first: anderson_darling_a2 (card 110, ε 1e-9, scipy SSoT). Scope is 9 of 14 (skip the 5 deferred: 3 substrate-blocked + 2 parameter-flagged dhvg_indeg_outdeg_kld / mean_cosine_turning_angle, pending operator pin-or-drop per the 2026-06-09 audit).
