# kenning

**Kenning** is a local-first cognitive compiler. It harvests your own multi-platform AI chat
history — including the collapsed reasoning traces and versioned artifacts that commodity
exporters discard — compiles it with a local or BYOK model into an atomic Obsidian knowledge
graph, and exposes it to coding agents over MCP.

> This is a **name-reservation placeholder** (0.0.1). The real package is under active
