  Adds a distinct "archived on Zenodo" card above CKAN's own resource
  list, when this dataset has a Zenodo deposition. Deliberately its own
  separate <ul> rather than merged into {{ super() }}'s resource list -
  a Zenodo-hosted file never becomes a CKAN resource at all (that's the
  whole point of routing it there instead), so it has no resource_item.html
  to render through; styling it close to a resource card (not a plain
  line of text) is what makes it discoverable instead of looking like an
  afterthought below an empty "this dataset has no data" message.
