Licensing and bundled assets

The Python code is under the MIT license. Bundled Cairo and JetBrains Mono fonts are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The release metadata declares MIT AND OFL-1.1 AND BSD-2-Clause to describe the combined distribution.

Font files are distributed unchanged and embedded in generated CSS. Their license notices and asset checksums are included in the package. See LICENSE, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and the two *-OFL.txt notices in the source archive.

Upstream sources

The documentation site uses Sphinx, MyST and Furo. Its generated assets retain their upstream notices. These tools are optional build dependencies and are not required to use the installed core library.
