  What a translation is worth, legally.

  Shared by the document page and the acceptance screen on purpose: the wording
  someone consents to has to be the wording they can read back afterwards. Two
  copies of this notice would eventually disagree, and the one that matters is
  whichever a court reads second.

  Two distinct situations:
  - is_fallback — nothing published in this language, they are reading the
    fallback one and may not speak it.
  - a translation exists but is not the fallback language — they can read it, it
    simply is not the text that binds them.
