Comms Card Entry

A Comms Card Entry describes one channel on a Comms Card.

Add an entry

  1. Choose the parent Comms Card.
  2. Enter a channel number from 1 through 99.
  3. Optionally select a Frequency Set and enter a KEYMAT reference if your procedures allow it, then save.

TRAX stores channel numbers as two digits, such as 01. A channel can appear only once on the same card; another card can use that number independently. The Frequency Set supplies the associated frequency planning details.

The KEYMAT field is ordinary application data. Follow your organization's handling rules and use a reference identifier where appropriate. Deleting a card deletes its entries. Deleting a linked Frequency Set clears that reference while retaining the channel entry.
