Spend ceilings

No ceiling set. Spend runs until something stops it. A budget caps a daily or monthly window, account-wide or for one deployment, and the daemon enforces it.

Replicas

Nothing running. Deploy a model, then add replicas here to serve more traffic through one endpoint, or set an autoscaling policy so the replica count follows demand.

Schedules and per-deployment concurrency limits live on each deployment's page. All of it is enforced by the daemon and the proxy, so a ceiling holds whether it was set here, from the CLI, or by an agent over MCP.
