binary_threshold — 2D segmentation op

Data kinds: imageregion

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "binary_threshold", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

HALCON equivalent: binary_threshold (the HALCON reference is a useful guide to its meaning and parameters)

Usage

> This operator's description has not been translated yet. The original text follows as it is.

大津の判別分析法(Otsu's method)による自動しきい値二値化

(`skimage.filters.threshold_otsu`、無ければ平均値で代用)。クラス間分散

を最大化するしきい値を画像のヒストグラムから自動決定する。HALCON の

`binary_threshold`(Segment an image using binary thresholding.)に

相当(HALCON は Otsu 以外の複数アルゴリズムを選べるが、ここでは Otsu 固定)。

`a, b` は未使用 ―― ヒストグラムから自動決定されるため調整点は無い。

References (sample data, literature)

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
