実数フーリエ変換(real FFT, RFFT)の代役。実装は通常の複素 FFT を計算してから実部の絶対値 `|Re F|` を最大値正規化して返すもので、HALCON の rft_generic が実際に計算する半分サイズの実数専用高速変換(対称性を利用したデータ量削減)ではない。a, b は未使用。
HALCON の `rft_generic`(画像の実数値高速フーリエ変換を計算する演算)に相当する近似 —— 出力される値の意味(実部の大きさの分布)は近いが、アルゴリズムそのものは異なる。
