一様なピンボケ(デフォーカス)をシミュレートする平滑化。実装は矩形窓の平均フィルタ(box filter, `ndimage.uniform_filter)で、円形絞りによる本来のボケ形状(circle-of-confusion)ではなく正方形窓で近似する。a が窓幅を 3/5/7/9 の 4 段階に振り(_k(a)`)、b は未使用。
HALCON の `simulate_defocus`(一様なピンボケをシミュレートする演算)に相当するが、光学的に正しい円形ボケではなく矩形平均という粗い近似である点に注意。
