sk_area_opening — 2D morphology op

面積オープニング(area opening)。通常のモルフォロジー的開処理が構造要素の形で小さい明部を削るのに対し、こちらは面積(連結画素数)だけで判定し、指定面積未満の明るい連結成分を消す —— 形状に依らず「小さい」ものを落とせる。

HALCON に直接対応するものは無い。実装は `morphology.area_opening(v, area_threshold=int(16+a*100))` —— a は面積しきい値を 16〜116 画素に振る。b は未使用。connectivity は既定の 1(4 近傍)のまま。
