Filtered back-projection: treat `v` as a sinogram (rows = angles,
cols = detector, angles assumed uniform over [0,180)) and reconstruct the
slice. `b` picks the reconstruction filter -- b < 0.5 -> Ram-Lak (ramp),
b >= 0.5 -> Shepp-Logan. `a` is unused (the filter is the meaningful knob).
Uses `skimage.transform.iradon` when available, else the NumPy
FFT-ramp-filtered back-projection. Output refit to HxW.
