The kpopper native arithmetic runtime uses Lean 4.33.1 (Apache-2.0),
GMP 6.3.0 (LGPL-3.0-or-later), libuv 1.52.1 (MIT and additional notices),
and mimalloc 2.2.3 (MIT). LLVM runtime/header notices are included
conservatively. The licenses in this directory retain the upstream notices.

Native builds may incorporate GCC startup and runtime code. GCC source notices
and the GCC Runtime Library Exception 3.1 are retained in GCC-runtime-NOTICES.txt
and GCC-COPYING.RUNTIME; the accompanying GPLv3 text is COPYINGv3. The Windows
GMP build uses MinGW-w64; its complete upstream runtime notices are retained in
MinGW-w64-runtime-LICENSE.txt. These notices apply to their respective components.

GMP is a separate, replaceable shared library. You may modify or replace
GMP and reverse engineer this combined work to debug those modifications.
The GMP source and build instructions are supplied in the same distribution
at reasoning/native/gmp-source-and-build.tar.gz. This source archive contains
the exact upstream GMP 6.3.0 tarball, build script and source provenance.
The LGPL and GPL license texts included here apply as described by each
component; their inclusion does not change kpopper's own MIT license.

To rebuild GMP, extract the source/build archive, read SOURCE-BUILD.md,
and run its build instructions for your target. Replace the extracted
runtime library with your ABI-compatible version. A modified library is
reported as replaced in implementation identity; it must remain usable.
On macOS an ad-hoc signature (codesign --force --sign - FILE) may be
needed after rebuilding. No distributor signing key is required.
