annotate_angle_layout — ANNOTATE `paper` op

• Data kinds: कोई नहीं → table (केवल arguments से तय होने वाला op — यह कोई image या data input नहीं लेता)

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.annotate_angle_layout(a, vertex, b, radius=30.0, text_gap=12.0) (implementation को सीधे call करना हो तो import annotate; annotate.annotate_angle_layout(a, vertex, b, radius=30.0, text_gap=12.0), registry से लेना हो तो opsannotate.get("annotate_angle_layout"))

उपयोग

table (dict) लौटाता है: 3 point a, vertex, b से बने कोण (छोटे वाले) का चाप और text position।

कोण screen coordinates (x दाएँ, y नीचे) में atan2 से निकलते हैं, इसलिए start_deg/end_deg arc की तरह "x axis से clockwise" डिग्री में हैं।

a या b vertex के बराबर है, non-finite मान, या radius धनात्मक नहीं।
