paper op• Data kinds: image2d → image2d
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.annotate_markers(img, points, labels=None, start=1, radius=9.0, color='emphasis', text_color=None, font_size=11, scheme='okabe_ito', font_path=None, min_contrast=2.0) (to call the implementation directly, import annotate; annotate.annotate_markers(img, points, labels=None, start=1, radius=9.0, color='emphasis', text_color=None, font_size=11, scheme='okabe_ito', font_path=None, min_contrast=2.0); from the registry, opsannotate.get("annotate_markers"))
Returns an image (image2d): a round marker carrying a number (or a short string) at each point.
If you pass the same start / labels as to annotate_legend, the numbers in the figure and the numbers in the legend always match.
points : (N, 2)
(x, y). Points outside the image are a ValueError.
labels : sequence of str or None
If None, consecutive numbers from start.
radius : float
Circle radius [px]. If the text does not fit, ValueError.
ValueError
points empty, non-finite or outside the image, number of labels mismatched, text does not fit in the circle,
insufficient contrast between text colour and circle colour.
