pointer op• Data kinds: image2d × pairs → image2d
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.label_points(img, points, labels=None, color='reference', font_size=12, pad=3, marker_size=0, scheme='okabe_ito', allow_overlap=False, **text_kw) (to call the implementation directly, import annotate; annotate.label_points(img, points, labels=None, color='reference', font_size=12, pad=3, marker_size=0, scheme='okabe_ito', allow_overlap=False, **text_kw); from the registry, opsannotate.get("label_points"))
Number or annotate a set of points. Placed so they do not overlap (an exception if that is impossible).
points : (N,2)
Sequence of (x,y) points.
labels : sequence or None
Text for each point. If None, numbers starting at 1.
marker_size : int
If greater than 0, a cross marker is also drawn at each point.
allow_overlap : bool
If True, overlaps are allowed and the label goes to the first candidate (default is False = exception).
ndarray
ValueError
no points / non-finite / number of labels does not match / at every candidate position
it overlaps an existing label (when allow_overlap=False).
