point set पर क्रमांक या मान लगाता है। overlap से बचाकर रखा जाता है (बचा न सके तो exception)।
points : (N,2)
(x,y) points का क्रम।
labels : sequence or None
हर point का text। None हो तो 1 से शुरू होने वाले नंबर।
marker_size : int
0 से बड़ा हो तो हर point पर cross marker भी लगाता है।
allow_overlap : bool
True हो तो overlap की अनुमति देकर पहले candidate पर रखता है (default False = exception)।
