graph_edges_as_lines — CONNGRAPH view op

• Data kinds: conn_graph × points → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.graph_edges_as_lines(W: 'Any', P: 'Any', thresh: 'float' = 0.0) -> 'dict[str, np.ndarray]' (to call the implementation directly, import conngraph; conngraph.graph_edges_as_lines(W: 'Any', P: 'Any', thresh: 'float' = 0.0) -> 'dict[str, np.ndarray]'; from the registry, opsconngraph.get("graph_edges_as_lines"))

Usage

Turns the edges into a table of line segments (the exit for overlaying them on a point cloud in Studio): columns pre / post / x0 y0 z0 / x1 y1 z1 / weight.

P is the (n, 3) of graph_layout_spectral (or (n, 2), with z = 0 added). |W| > thresh edges only; the diagonal (self-loops) has length 0 and is not emitted.
