carla_scene_check — DRIVE carla op

• Data kinds: table → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.carla_scene_check(scene) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import carlabridge; carlabridge.carla_scene_check(scene) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("carla_scene_check"))

Usage

Checks the keys, shapes and dtypes of a scene record and returns a summary (ValueError if it does not pass). Return value = {"width", "height", "has_lead", "has_instance", "meta"(dict), "n_tags"}.
