tacslip op• Data kinds: matrix × table → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.cerruti_surface_displacement(qx, kern: 'dict') -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import tacslip; tacslip.cerruti_surface_displacement(qx, kern: 'dict') -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("cerruti_surface_displacement"))
Tangential traction distribution qx (n, n) [Pa] → surface displacements ux, uy (and uz if the kernel has Kzx) (n, n) [m]. Zero-padded 2n linear convolution (no wrap-around). Raises ValueError: qx is not (n, n), kern is not a table from cerruti_kernel.
• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).
• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.
• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
