ellipse_pressure_shifted — DRIVE tactorque op

• Data kinds: matrix × matrix × scalar × scalar × scalar → matrix

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.ellipse_pressure_shifted(X, Y, a: 'float', b: 'float', P: 'float', d=(0.0, 0.0)) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import tactorque; tactorque.ellipse_pressure_shifted(X, Y, a: 'float', b: 'float', P: 'float', d=(0.0, 0.0)) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("ellipse_pressure_shifted"))

Usage

Elliptical Hertz pressure p0 √(1 − x′²/a² − y′²/b²) [Pa] with semi-axes a (x) and b (y) [m], P = 2πab p0/3 (Johnson 1985 Eq. 4.24), with the center shifted to d. For b ≫ a the shape approaches a cylindrical (ridge- or wedge-like) indentation — the 3rd shape-invariance gate. Raises ValueError: a, b, P ≤ 0, X and Y differ in shape.
