pegfail op• Data kinds: any × any → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.failure_confusion(true_cls, pred_cls, classes=('nominal', 'chamfer_sliding', 'missed_hole', 'wrong_hole', 'wedging', 'jamming', 'blocked_hole', 'seated', 'unknown')) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import pegfail; pegfail.failure_confusion(true_cls, pred_cls, classes=('nominal', 'chamfer_sliding', 'missed_hole', 'wrong_hole', 'wedging', 'jamming', 'blocked_hole', 'seated', 'unknown')) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("failure_confusion"))
Confusion matrix and accuracy: rows = injected (true) class, columns = classification. A name outside classes raises ValueError (broken spelling). Returns: matrix (n, n) int, classes, accuracy, n, per_class_recall (recall of each true class; nan for absent rows).
• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).
• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.
• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
