racket_hit_check — DRIVE racket op

• Data kinds: table → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.racket_hit_check(p_ball, center, normal, rp: 'dict', radius: 'float', up=(0.0, 0.0, 1.0)) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import racket; racket.racket_hit_check(p_ball, center, normal, rp: 'dict', radius: 'float', up=(0.0, 0.0, 1.0)) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("racket_hit_check"))

Usage

Whether the ball center is within radius of the blade surface and inside the blade frame (width × height + radius). {"hit", "dist", "u", "v"} (u = width direction, v = height direction offset from the blade center).
