racket op• Data kinds: table × table → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.racket_impact(v, omega, normal, v_racket, bp: 'dict', rp: 'dict') -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import racket; racket.racket_impact(v, omega, normal, v_racket, bp: 'dict', rp: 'dict') -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("racket_impact"))
A ball hits a moving racket (normal n, velocity v_r): ballistics.bounce with the relative velocity in the racket frame → transform back. Return value = same as bounce + "v_rel_in". n points toward the ball's side (the ball approaches opposite to n).
