ray_box_ranges — DRIVE lidar op

• Data kinds: points × points → signal

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.ray_box_ranges(origin, dirs, box) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import lidarsim; lidarsim.ray_box_ranges(origin, dirs, box) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("ray_box_ranges"))

Usage

Distance travelled by rays from the origin origin in directions dirs (...,3) until they enter an axis-aligned box (slab method).

> The detailed description below is the original text — the summary and the headings are translated.

box = (xmin, ymin, zmin, xmax, ymax, zmax)。外れは inf。原点が箱の内側なら前方で最初に当たる面(出口)までの距離。距離は t·‖D‖。min < max でない箱は ValueError。
