tilt θ [rad] पर wedging का जोखिम: सीमा c/μ (OCW p.28) के सापेक्ष अनुपात θ/(c/μ) और margin margin_deg को ध्यान में रखकर 3 स्तर (safe / near / over)। pegsim.wedging_check को wrap करता है और theta_limit_deg तथा headroom_deg = c/μ − θ degrees में जोड़ता है। μ = 0 पर सीमा inf है और हमेशा safe। Raises ValueError: θ < 0, margin_deg < 0।
