render op• Data kinds: volseq → video
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.focus_sweep_height_video(volseq, window: 'int' = 5) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import live4d; live4d.focus_sweep_height_video(volseq, window: 'int' = 5) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opslive4d.get("focus_sweep_height_video"))
Builds a height-field video (T, Y, X) from a time series of focus sweeps (each frame a z focus stack) (video, unit = number of z slices).
Focus measure is the mean of the absolute local Laplacian (window, Sum-Modified-Laplacian); the height of each pixel is the z of maximum focus refined to sub-voxel precision with a parabola (a time-series version of depth_from_focus). Use this when you want numbers; when you want a picture, focus_sweep_surface_video. Pixels without texture have a flat focus measure and their height is undetermined.
